Surprised to find this restaurant in town. Punjabi Sikh restaurant in a small town. We came before dinner rush hour and was able to get a table without wait. As we left we saw there was a line. Ordered chicken, lamb and vegetables. The quality of lamb was a little tough but tasted good. Rice that came with it was generous. Spice level can be made according to your liking. Would suggest to leave it to original which is about medium. Easy parking as there are hotel nearby which shares the lot. After a few days in town I think the is the best restaurant.

Best Indian food I've ever had! The flavors are amazing! Would definitely come here again. I would definitely recommend getting the pineapple chicken with a side of na'an bread!

My brother loves Indian food, so I’m glad we stumbled upon this place This place was really tasty! Love the Rose Lassi and the Vindaloo. Make sure to get extra spicy!

Great restaurant and wonderful staff. This place is just awesome, I picked food for my family, this is the first time I went to this restaurant. I was definitely surprised to find an Indian restaurant at this place. But, when I spoke to the staff I understand that they opened the restaurant 3 years ago. Great ambience, helpful staff, lot of parking spots, much more. Highly recommend to visit the Red Fort Cuisine of India.

Got here around 8PM on a Thursday, waited less than 5 minutes to get seated. The restaurant was popping but the order and food delivery were very quick. We ordered Fort Lime, Dal soup and Vegetable coconut korma with medium spice - all tasted incredible. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful first time dining here! The butter chicken and rice was full of Indian spices and flavors— it took me back to my visit to India. The service from Kairee was genuine and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and vibrant with colors of red and orange. You can tell the food was delicious y comparing the before and after we ate photos.

I recommend getting the Chana masala, Veg Biryani, and Kulfi. They were extremely well made and authentic to what you would get back home in India and their servings are huge. The staff is also polite and attentive to each customer. Really made us feel welcome and at home. I had the pleasure of being served by the owner's son, and through him, I learned they have multiple locations across Utah and Nevada. I'm glad they are a chain as now I'll get a chance to eat their food even when I visit other parts of these states.

This restaurant had a very calming atmosphere and the food was exceptionally good. By far one of the best Indian cuisines I have ever been to. Service was very friendly and our food came in no time. I ordered the chicken curry and I am happy to say it’s one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area and looking for a spot for some of the best Indian food, this is it. Great service, great food, all around only good things to say.
